Customer Order /Advance

Gold rates can be frozen at the time of order by paying 90% in advance. With a minimum payment of 20% of the product value, the customer may place an order without freezing the gold rate.

There are a couple of conditions that need to be met for Shubh Laabh Jewellers’ products to be exchanged for another product of the same value: –

There has been no alteration or tampering with the Product.

The jewellery is uncustomed and unused.

Returns are accepted within seven days of purchase.

Customers who exchange a high-value product for a low-value product will not receive a refund for the difference. In any case, if the customer decides to exchange the product for one of a higher value, then the customer is liable to pay the difference between the two products.

Life Time Exchange Policy:

If you are exchanging a product or returning a product, you must present the original tax invoice at the time of exchange or return.

916 Hallmarked ornaments may be exchanged at 100% of their net weight, i.e., Based on the prevailing rate of gold after deducting the weight of the stone, gems, beads, enamel, laak/ wax, or any other material.

The diamond exchange policy is 90% and the uncut / Polki / Ruby / Emerald exchange policy is 80% of the prevailing rate on the day of the exchange.

We Offer A Lifetime Buyback Policy:

Exchanges and returns require the original Tax Invoice.

916 Hallmarked ornaments can be exchanged for 100% of the net weight. The price of gold and cash is reduced by 10% less than the exchange rate (after reducing the weight of stones, gems, beads, enamel, lacquer/wax, or any other material).

When a cash memo is returned, payments over Rs. 10,000/- shall only be made in the form of account payee checks to the person who produced the cash memo and who had a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name as listed on the bill when the cash memo was produced.

Shubh Laabh Jewellers has all the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer.
